Selangor FC will be up against Johor Darul Ta'zim FC in the 2024/25 FA Cup Final match which will be played tonight at 9PM at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

Selangor FC advanced to the 2024/25 FA Cup Final after winning 6-4 on aggregate against Terengganu FC on the 3rd of August. Read more about the match review here.

Head Coach of Selangor FC, Nidzam Jamil, said advancing to the FA Cup Final shows the team's determination and he wants to make everyone.

"Alhamdulillah, we will face the FA Cup Final tomorrow. Among the strengths of this team is the attitude and the reaction that the players have displayed. Our journey from the Round of 16 up to the Semi-Finals was definitely not an easy path. There were matches where we lost and then bounced back in the second leg and there were also matches where we played with only nine players. I am confident that being in the final stage shows the determination of the team, not only the players but the management as well as the supporters showing that we collectively have the ambition to become better.

"Honestly, I feel that when it comes to the finals, any team has the same winning possibility, only one match left that separates us from lifting the cup. We want to pursue that target to bring joy to the Red & Yellow family. At the same time, we have a good captain and a great list of players, so I believe they will give their all for this club," explained Nidzam Jamil, the young head coach who successfully led the Selangor team to the 2024/25 FA Cup Final.

In terms of player availability, the Selangor FC team is still missing young midfielder Mukhairi Ajmal who is still undergoing rehabilitation sessions from the hamstring injury he suffered in the Super League match against Sri Pahang FC.
